Refund Policy

At Loving My Life Outdoors, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Support@lmloutdoors.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

As the customer, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No Restocking Fees

Loving My Life Outdoors does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Support@lmloutdoors.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, Loving My Life Outdoors will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
