Thank you for visiting and shopping at Loving My Life Outdoors. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed with Loving My Life Outdoors are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Cut-off Time
Our daily shipping cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Transit Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time for delivery is 3-5 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Loving My Life Outdoors is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Loving My Life Outdoors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping (Canada)
For orders shipped to Canada, please note the following:
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Loving My Life Outdoors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
